Fatal car crash - Six die on the spot along Gweru-Kwekwe highway.

Seven people died while five others were seriously injured in an accident this morning along Gweru-Kwekwe highway.
The fatal crash involved a Honda Fit when it collided head on with a Mazda pick-up truck.
According to reports, six people died on the spot while the other died upon admission at Kwekwe hospital.
The accident occurred around 6am. Both drivers died on the spot.
The driver of the Honda Fit is said to have failed to negotiate a curve and encroached into the right lane resulting in the head on collision.
The Honda Fit veered off the road, overturned and rolled several times before landing on its wheels while the Mazda truck also veered of the road as a result of the collision.
