Man produces unused condoms, ask for sex from married woman

A man from Mahatshula North in Bulawayo has been sentenced to a wholly suspended two months jail term after he went to neighibour's wife and produced unused condoms asking for sex.
Nesbert Ngwenya pleaded guilty to attempted indecent assault charge when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Merilyn Mutshina.
The magistrate convicted and sentenced him to two months in jail which were wholly suspended for five years on condition of good behaviour.
The court heard that on July 22 2015 at 7:20pm the woman Lisa Brenda Sibanda (19) was at her home in Mahatshula cooking food using fire when Ngwenya arrived from Sompisi Bottle store where he had left the woman's husband.
He told her that she was beautiful before trying to hug her but she dodged.
He then produced unused condoms and asked to engage in sex with Sibanda but she refused. She later reported the matter to the police leading to Ngwenya's arrest.
