Mugabe's ministers fear own shadows

Sources said that Cabinet ministers and other senior government officials are so paranoid that they have of late been uncomfortable with aides seconded from the CIO.

So fearful are the officials that some have made their private arrangements for their safety and security needs.

The sources said the purchase of new spying equipment by the CIO had fortified the belief that they top officials are being spied on.
