US President Barack Obama has called for an end to corruption in Africa, saying it took money away from development, building schools and hospitals.
Addressing the AU at its headquarters in Addis Ababa, Obama said African leaders should respect their constitution, and step down when their term ends.
"I don't understand why people want to stay so long, especially when they have got a lot of money."
