Former Chapungu FC player Gilbert Nyakudanga has died.
Berina Community Radio Station reported that the soccer fraternity has once again been plunged into mourning following the death of Gilbert Nyakudanga.
"Gilbert died at Gweru General Hospital today (29 July) from a reported chest infection," reported the station.
"Soccer supporters remembers him in David Whitehead colors where he formed a deadly combination with Cuthbert Malajila and Charles Chiutsa. Gilbert together with Malajila then moved to Chapungu where he became a member of the Air Force of Zimbabwe until the time of his sudden death. Tinoti zorora murugare chikomana your soccer exploits will always be remembered by the soccer fraternity!"
