Old Tafara residents without water since 1996

Harare Residents Trust has made shocking revelationms that Harare's Old Tafara residents have not been having water supplies since year 1996.

The developments are a recipe for serious disease outbreak and needs urgent attention to bail out the suffering residents from the crisis.

"Old Tafara residents who live at numbers from 1270 to 1373 have not received water since 1996 to this day," said the Trust.

Local authorities have been accused by their residents for demanding high rates and fail to deliver services to the ratepayers.
