Judicial managers in the dock

The essence and justification of judicial management as a process to rehabilitate ailing companies is increasingly becoming controversy following the bill that Tetrad Investment bank received from its former provisional judicial manager Winsley Militala.

Militala demanded $145 000 for one month work before he was rebuked from being the judicial manager.

Meanwhile, several of the managers have also been questioned their charges and some of the issues are now within the courts and possibilities of being arrested are increasing.
