Accident kills 4 while 14 injured

Four people died while 14 others were injured in a road traffic accident that occurred near Retreat Farm in Bindura.

ZRP Spokesperson, Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba confirmed the fatal accident that took place on 16 August 2015 at around 3.am.

She said a male adult (41), who was driving Toyota Venture along Harare-Mukumbura road encroached on the lane of oncoming traffic resulting in a head-on collision with a Mitsubishi Canter going on the opposite direction.

Police are yet to release the names of the deceased.
