Woman catches husband pants down with girlfriend, assaulted

Agrippa Mupambwa (28) from Chitungwiza who beat up his wife after she walked in on him in their matrimonial bedroom while engaging in sex with a girlfriend has been slapped with a 10- month jail term for assault.

Its reported that on August 13, Mupambwa's wife Ednah Mwachitariji (26) arrived home from church and caught her hubby pants down with his girlfriend on her matrimonial bed.

There was an ultaercation and Mupambwa beat his wife with clenched fists all over her body. Mwachitariji sustained a swollen right eye.

Mupambwa  was spared a custodial term after three months of his sentence were suspended on condition of good behaviour while the remainder was also set aside on condition that he performed 235 hours of community service at Zengeza 1 Primary School.

Innocent Tizirai prosecuted.
