Jailed cop sues Chihuri

A senior cop has dragged commissioner general of police Augustine Chihuri to the High Court after he was jailed for seven days for misconduct.

Detective constable Lazarus Gondo told the court that he appeared before Mutifori in December last year on accusations of contravening the Police Act.

Gondo wants the decision of the displinary appeal to be set aside.
