Zanu PF stagnant members' ambitions to lead the party- analyst

A political analyst Bekezela Maduma Fuzwayo has expressed concern over Zanu PF's system in which members are groomed in the party but are never allowed to express their opinions and wishes to be leaders of the party accept to praise sing on President Robert Mugabe and boot-licking him.
"What is happening in Zanu PF is very funny," he said. "A person is recruited into the party groomed to it's ideology until they mature but they are never allowed to express their ambition to lead the party. Once you do you are a sale out and must be dismissed."
He asked as to where is the democracy, freedom and future of the party if members are not allowed to aspire?
"In fact everyone in political leadership is in it with a mind to one day find themselves leading the party in some capacity. Why then join when you are not allowed to aspire?" he said.
"Surprising only Amai Dr (Dr Amai) Grace Mugabe is allowed to express her willingness or preparedness (which ever)to lead the party and she is not censured. 1+1 = she is the next ZANU PF president and no one must challenge or oppose that."
