Businessman snatch someone's wife, offers to refund lobola

A polygamous Hatfield businessman in Harare - More Zindonda reportedly snatched a security guard's wife and the latter clashed with his in-laws demanding his lobola back.

The lady in the centre of the storm is Emma Kundai Marima aged 23.

She has eloped to his lover Zindonda of Nzimbo Nyama Butcheries in Epworth.

Emma is said to have secretly collected her belongings last Friday and left her bubby Tafadzwa Dzvairo 30 to cohabit with Zindonda.

That was after the death of her child.

Dzvairo managed to track down his wife and found him with Zindonda.

However, Dzvairo's efforts to re-unite with Emma hit a brick hall after Zindonda pledged to refund all he had paid to the Marima family as lobola.

"I found it strange, irritating and provoking to be asked by Zindonda to hand a list of what I paid to my in-laws saying he is prepared to refund me," said Dzvairo.

"My in-laws accepted him and they want to refund me my lobola. My wife was influenced by her two friends who introduced her to Zindonda for cash,".

Emma confirmed dumping her hubby.

"I am no longer Dzvairo's wife but Zindonda's wife and I am not happy that Dzvairo wants to milk my new husband because he is wealthy, I will not allow that to happen.
