Tenant assaulted for urinating in bathtub

A Kuwadzana woman - Evidence Mazana aged 26 was assaulted by her landlady for urinating in the bathtub while doing laundry.
She was left nursing a black eye after the brawl.
The landlady, Marvellous Karimanzira also aged 26 denied the assault claims in court and remanded out of custody to September 3.
Karimanzira told the court that she did not assault Mazana but only exchanged harsh words when she found the bathroom smelling of urine immediately after the later had finished her laundry.
The incident happened on August 18.
Karimanzira confronted her tenant about the urine stench.
This did not go down well with Mazana resulting in an augment. That was when Karimanzira allegedly slapped Mazana on the face.
