Bulawayo, Gwanda benefit from Australian grant

The Australian government has contributed about AU$3.8 million as part of the Urban Peri-Urban project that is being implemented in Bulawayo and Gwanda.

The project is being supported by World Vision and the Federation of Disabled People of Zimbabwe.

There are a number of community based projects that have been lined up including pre-paid water metered standpipes, health and hygiene training, renovations of school latrines.
