Harare Agricultural Show opens to public

The Harare Agricultural Show, the biggest agri-business and consumer exhibition in Zimbabwe, which kicked off yesterday, has opened to the public.
The ZBC News visited various stands with one of the major highlights being the Zimbabwe digital migration project stand.
Transmedia CEO, Mrs Florence Matambo said the migration process entails the replacement of all existing analogue equipment for the country's television studios and television transmission equipment.
"The migration to digital means people from the remotest areas will now be able to view all the channels. our main emphasis is how people are going to adopt to the digital migration process," he said.
Other exhibitors have said the agricultural show is a platform of showcasing their products and boost their business and services.
The annual agricultural show is the premier event organised by the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) for the national facilitation and promotion of agricultural development in Zimbabwe.
The theme for this year is 'Enhancing Agricultural Productivity and Managing Climate Change.
