Four arrested for kidnapping and assault

Police in Manicaland have arrested four men in connection with the kidnapping and assault of a 24 year old Martin Ndlovu.
The arrested are Douglass Mlambo (19), Knowledge Mapwanya (19), Philipian Garikai (30) from Mwoyowachena village and David Mlambvo (17 of Mutsuka village also under chief Garahwa.
They are alleged to have kidnapped and assaulted Ndlovu aftertr accusing him of stealing seven cattle forcing him to admit the offence.
Manicaland Deputry police spokesperson Assistant Inspector Luxson Chananda confirmed the arrest. Ndlovu's brother in law who discovered the assault reported the matter to the police leading to their arrest.
