Former Zanu-PF Harare Province Youth Chairman, Godwin Gomwe has been convicted of criminal insult and contravening the Postal and Telecommunications Act.
He is alleged to have insulted a 52-year-old woman, Winnie Madekufamba, accusing her of being a gamatox and a witch.
He is further understood to have called and insulted Mr Abraham Samushonga.
The presiding magistrate however said the word 'gamatox' has no legal definition, which means it is an insult, adding that it is best known to politicians.
