Zanu PF bigwig under attack in Harare

Harare Residents Trust has blasted former Zanu PF bigwig Paul Mangwana for interfering in the council tender processes and debt collection processes.
The Trust asked as to who is this Paul Mangwana who is being allowed to move from town to town working with these local authorities to pursue debtors without going to tender in terms of the Urban Councils Act (Chapter 29.15)?
"It appears there are vested interests where the lawyer politician recovers money and gets a commission and some of the decision-makers in the councils benefit from this arrangement, personally, at the expense of the council," the Trust said.
"We reject you Paul Mangwana and your thieving partners in the City of Harare who are engaging you without going to tender? Share with the residents how much you are being promised for writing those letters of demand. Residents, bring the letters of demand to the HRT offices. Councillors in Harare, you are fighting the people who voted you. We are definitely keen on your take on these evil developments taking root in Harare."
