Woman wins underwear court case

A Chitungwiza woman who was accused of confiscating her lover's underwear when they separated is now a relived person as the magistrate dismissed her hubby's claims.

Rachel Muchena had been accused by Kennedy Isai of stealing his underwear and a television set when she return to her parents place.

The court heard that on August 23 at around 2 pm, Rachel left her matrimonial home.

Two days later, Rachel returned and tool her clothes also confiscated a new television set and Kennedys underwear.

When he returned home from work he found the items missing and lodged a police report.

In court, the magistrate dismissed Kennedy's claims.
