Another manifesto in store 'NEHANDA'

Losing 2013 independent candidate for Harare East constituency, Zechariah Mushawatu, says he has come up with his own manifesto to rival Zanu-PF's ZimAsset and Joice Mujurus's BUILD.

Mushawatu aptly coined it the Native Economic Harbinger of Accelerated National Development and Accountability (NEHANDA)

He said, "After reading Mujuru's BUILD yesterday, I decided to come up with my own blueprint, the Native Economic Harbinger of Accelerated National Development and Accountability (NEHANDA). Like Mbuya Nehanda who freed Zimbabwe from colonial rule, NEHANDA is going to free Zimbabwe from this economic crisis. NEHANDA is guided by the values of the liberation struggle and is home based (NATIVE)."
