The Political analyst Ngqabutho Mabhena has said he analysed the People First manifesto published on Tuesday and discovered that it seek to serve the interests of the international funders and subject the working class to slave wages.

"Just tried to analyse the People First manifesto from a class perspective. Three things l briefly noted," he said. "The manifesto seeks to meet the needs of international funders and subject the working class to a slave wage. The moment wages are tied to production, employers would abuse workers and force them to work for long hours in an effort to meet production demands."

He said this will affect maternity leave for women workers who might not get their benefits while on leave and might be forced to return to work in two months time.

"The production of the manifesto as published yesterday kills what is called, "participatory democracy ". If Dr Mujuru and her team come to power, citizens will be told what to do. As Communists, we are guided by Democratic Centralism as a principle of ensuring full participation of citizens in decision making," said Mabhena.

"The manifesto is silent on the centralisation of power which has characterised the Mugabe administration for 35 years, even though it seeks separation of powers between the arms of State, the reality is that, if provinces are not empowered (Devolution ), no development will take place in provinces outside Harare."

Shepherd Mbuso Malusi said he think as long as President Robert Mugabe and his Zanu-PF lives there will be no Zimbabwe for Zimbabweans but Zimbabwe that belong and owned by Mugabe and his Zanu-PF.

"Lets now unite to remove Mugabe and his Zanu-PF then people must start to talk about how can we make Zimbabwe a better country in the world through dialogue and opening people's mind to progress in one goal to make your country a better place of living because every one can make a better life on his/her area if he is given support required l don't trust Mujuru but we all need freedom from Mugabe and his evil Zanu-PF," he said.
