Mugabe runs out of ideas

Economic and political experts have questioned President Robert Mugabe's decision to expand his already bloated Cabinet.
They described the move as strange and wasteful.
One analysts described Zimbabwe as over-governed, especially when one looks at the size of government relative to the size of our economy.
He also said it was some form of balancing act to placate the two factions led by Emmerson Mnangagwa and the other led by Grace Mugabe.
