Esnath Mavhimira (15) of Mushandike Village 13 under Chief Charumbira is experiencing excruciating pain.
Her bones are bending on their own and she now has limps that are shaped like bows.
Her mother who broke down into tears as she told the story to The Mirror says when the bones bend, one can actually hear the cracking noise and this sends the girl into excruciating pain. He arms and legs are curved like bows as a result of this rare disease.
Esnath's mother Theresa Mavhimira is now appealing for $1 000 to send her daughter to Harare for an operation.
Esnath has been admitted at Masvingo General Hospital since July 1, 2015 and this has left her mother penniless.
Esnath started suffering from this disease at the age of nine and this forced her to drop out of school at Mungudza Primary when she was doing grade five as she could no longer walk on her own.
Since then she has been in and out of hospital with no improvement.
Her parents live in the rural areas and they are not employed as a result they cannot afford to pay for her medical bills.
"We are appealing for money to have Esnath get treatment because she is now useless. She cannot do anything on her own because her bones are too soft.
"We are not employed and we have two other children who are going to school and we survive on piece jobs and well-wishers," said her mother.
She has also run out bus fare to commute from Mushandike to Masvingo General Hospital on a daily basis.
