Man flondles female cop's buttock

A Kuwadzana 5 man in Harare has been accused of fondling a female cop's buttock and stroked her thighs in a bar.
Tatenda Bernard Gwasira aged 33 denied the indecent assault charges before magistrate Shelly Zvenyika.
He said he was never close to the cop.
"I never came near the victim on the day in question it is my surprise that she caused my arrest over something I did not do," he said.
The court heard that on September 2 at around midnight the cop was on duty with her colleagues on patrol.
She alleges that while she was standing in the bar, Gwasira came and caressed her thighs until he got hold of her buttocks.
She went to inform her police colleagues and arrested Gwasira.
He is out on remand.
