WATCH: Chinotimba praising wrong Mugabe speech

On Tuesday, comical Zanu-PF legislator, Joseph Chinotimba, emerged from Parliament Tuesday to effusively praise Mugabe for his speech during the official opening of Parliament.

It later emerged that the president had read the wrong speech and, worse, failed to realise he was going through the same text he delivered for his state of the nation address in August.

As legislators debated the blunder on Wednesday, Chinotimba appeared oblivious of the egg on his own bearded face, as it were.
