BINGA - Siansundu Secondary School teacher Costan Mumpande extended his sexual escapade to a grade 7 girl thereby impregnating her.
It has since grown to be the admin's game since the same school (Siansundu Secondary School) had its Deputy Headmaster dragged to the Provincial Education Director (PED) in 2014 for bedding a student, pending PED's verdict to date. Currently one of the top goons has his turn.
The quadrumvirate, locally known as the "Big Four" is composed of Land Siansolo Kabome (head), Lackson Tshuma (deputy), Costan Mumpande (Sports director) and Thadious Mwembe (one of senior members of staff). Adding to the "Big Four" as an underdog is the school clerk Charles Chiine Mweembe who happens to be Thadious' nephew.
Strategically positioned among the "skirts", Thadious and Lackson are the school's netball and girls soccer coaches.
No police report has been made yet while the Headmaster is making a hasty processing of paperwork for the teacher's transfer in a bid to save him from losing the job.
The minor's future has been destroyed as she is nolonger attending school, nursing th unborn at home.
Parents are waiting for the primary school head to charge the perpetrator.
The community has lost hope in such issues working in favour of them. "Are they not going to let him free as in the past," asks the concerned community.
This leaves a lot to be desired, as the school head knows all the cases involving his staff and school kids at his school where none has been charged yet.
In June this year (2015) C.C Mweembe was caught making love to a form 3 girl by his own wife who had to beat the girl in protection of her own interests.
The form 3 girl's father went to the head (Kabome) to push him to charge the teacher but the case seemed to be swept under the carpet.
The influx of information on social media reaching the District Education Office triggered investigations setting off today as it is understood that some investigations took place at Siansundu Primary school this mid morning.
