Ex-hubby in court for demanding too much sex

A Harare woman dragged her ex-hubby to caught suing him for beating and forcing her to engage in sex.

Jeminah Hafara approached the Harare civil court seeking a protection order against her former husband of four years - Abednego Ngoro.

"I ended the marriage because he was in a habit of beating me up and forcing me to engage in sex with him.

"He abused me from the time we started staying together. I moved out of the house and he has since remarried.

"He is threatening me because I told him we have to share our property. I also took the children from him".

In his defence,  Ndogo said " I assaulted her once after she had insulted me. She is too demanding and that is the reason I divorced her.

"She is the one who came to see me secretly saying she wanted to talk about our past as she still regarded me as a friend."

However, in court Jeminah was granted the protection order.
