'Evil' Council officials scatter vendors' wares on the ground

Harare Residents Trust has described some Harare City Council officials as evil after they pounced on vendors and scattered their wares.

"Evil municipal workers on Sunday, at corner Robert Mugabe and Julius Nyerere threw to the ground carrots on sale by a very poor woman from one of the high density areas. So sad the council has become highly insensitive to the issues of poverty among residents," said the Trust.
