Harare City Council launches residents feedback system

Harare City Council has launched a residents feedback system in which it allows the residents to say their views on the running of the council.
Harare Residents Trust revealed that the Harare City Council Health Services Department headed by Dr Prosper Chonzi has launched a residents' feedback system.
"Residents can now use the sms platform to air out their views,comments and concerns concerning service delivery in Council run clinics and Infectious Diseases Hospitals," said the trust.
"The codes to use are as follows, suggestions : SGS, appreciation of services rendered: APPR, complaints: CO, faults (issues gone wrong that affect health issues.i.e sewer burst pipes,sudden death,spreading of infectious diseases) : FLT, Send the above to 34450."
