Zimbabwe Revenue Authority officials on Sunday caused a stir in Harare as they raided Prophet Walter Magaya's Healing and Deliverance Ministries headquarters over his numerous donations.

They demanded to see him in person and where not keen on taking to any other church official.

Magaya turned up late for the service.

The officials where armed with a list of people who have benefited from Magaya.

Magaya said the raids will have a negative impact on his charity work.

"I have not been given an outline of what Zimra want from me and on what basis.

" But from what is coming out, our donations to charity sparked this raid. Our gesture in buying First Lady Grace Mugabe's book and the donation to Parirenyatwa Hospital sparked the unfortunate incident" he said.

"This is Gods ministry and all the funds being channelled to help people are coming from people who grasped the vision of my ministry. I have always put it on record that PHD prayer partners are behind all this".

Magaya said Zimra officials were rude when the raided him.

" I am told that when they got here, they were rude and refused to be attended to by relevant people within the PHD Ministries who would have been helpful with regards whatever information they need pertaining the donations.

"It disturbed PHD prayer partners so much and they asked me if helping people is what Zimra are against or they are meant to destroy the ministry that God has established".
