Man bashes wife over clean STI results

A Mufakose man severely assaulted his wife over the outcome of a sexually transmitted infection test when she came out clean.
Calisto Bisent aged 37 denied the charges when he appeared before Bianca Makwande.
Bisent was remanded to October 14 for trial on $30 bail.
The court heard that on September 26 at around 3pm, Bisent went to the clinic for an STI treatment with his wife Tendai Ndoro.
The two were tested and Ndoro was found uninfected.
Bisent was furious with the results and assaulted his wife.
