Kasukuwere blames MDC-T for land scams

The Minister of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing, Saviour Kasukuwere has blamed MDC-T councillors for fuelling land scams in urban centres.

Kasukuwere told parliament that MDC-T councillors, conniving with land barons in corrupt scams, have created chaotic situations making it difficult for urban dwellers to get proper service delivery.

"MDC-T councillors mainly in Harare are the ones to blame for poor service delivery as they work with land barons to settle people in illegal and undeveloped areas," the Minister said during the questions without notice session in parliament this Wednesday.
