Man axed for asking too much of his money

A man from Umguza junction  was seriously assaulted by his colleague after he repeatedly asked for his money.

This was heard by a Bulawayo magistrate Merylin Mutshina when Davison Sowaya appeared before her charged with assault.
He was remanded out of custody to October 16 for trial.

The court heard that on September 29 this year  at 1am  the complainant Mlindeli Moyo  (31) and Sowaya had a misunderstanding after Moyo asked for the money which Sowaya owed him.

Sowaya allegedly got angry and hit him with an axe on the left ribs. He sustained bruises and was taken to hospital where he received treatment.
