ZimRights mourns its illustrious employee

The Zimbabwe Human Rights Association (ZimRights) has notified members and partners of the passing on of one of its own, Douglas Taderera.

"We mourn with the Taderera family this untimely and painful loss,' said ZimRights Director Okey Machisa in a statement.

"Dougie was involved in a fatal head-on car accident near Gwebi yesterday at around 11 am on his way from collecting a car from Tanzania. Dougie was rushed to Parirenyatwa Hospital in Harare, where he later died at 7pm. Taderera, who at the time of his passing, was our Accounts Clerk was a meticulous, fastidious, hardworking and affable employee."

Machisa said they have been plunged into great mourning. He is survived by his daughter Rumbidzai currently doing her Grade 5.

"May his soul rest in eternal peace. Burial arrangements will be announced in due course," Machisa said.
