Zimbabwe runs out of birth certificates

People seeking birth certificates at the registrar-general's office are being told to return on November 2 after the office ran out of computer-securitised-paper.
An official at the RG's office privy to the matter said the people could still make applications for new birth certificates, but at the moment the office was issuing typed version for urgent cases.
