The Zimbabwe Informal Sector's Organization -ZISO has said the vendors battle with  the municipal police continue to gather momentum in the beleaguered streets of Harare.

"Flawed government laws in the Facebook economic decay and acute unemployment, corruption and other factors ZISO has highlighted in the last months continue to cause meyhem and pandemonium," said ZISO.

"If the government does not soon resolve the matter amicable, an irreversible uprising may be the only route. We continue to call for dialogue to craft a working vendors policy in Zimbabwe. The recent by laws are unjust and unreasonable. Moreover the police are not following them at all leading to high levels of corruption rent seeking and plunder of their hard earned wars."

"We are not against the law. We are against corruption by municipal police and council officials" Declared Dobha as he was leading from the front.
