Mliswa launches youth advocacy group

A former Zimbabwean legislator for the ruling Zanu-PF who was expelled last year has launched a program to teach the country's youths political skills and also encourage them not to engage in violence.
Some participants who had benefited from the program said the youth advocacy group launched by Temba Mliswa will go a long way in spurring the country's youths to work together and develop Zimbabwe.
Zimbabwe has experienced political violence in past elections as youths from major political parties clash during campaigns to force Zimbabweans to vote for their parties.
The violence has affected the country's image internationally and hopes are that the new youth movement will bring positive results to the country.
