Mugabe's ally drags daughter to court

Energy minister Samuel Undenge has dragged his daughter Bongai Tafadzwa to the High Court seeking an order to stop paying maintenance for her.
Undenge has been paying maintenance since 2005 for his daughter who is now 20 years old.
In his High Court application that he filed on an urgent basis, Undenge said that the maintenance order should have been suspended by operation of law.
"The maintenance Act is quite clear that an application for the extension of a maintenance order should be made before the child turns 18 years," he said.
He is challenging a court ruling to keep supporting the child until she was self-sufficient.
