'Zimbabwe' drags brother to court for demanding sex with his wife

A 27-YEAR-OLD Kambuzuma man Duly Munatsa has been accused of constantly knocking on his elder brother's bedroom door at night demanding sex with his sister-in-law.
The shocking revelations were made yesterday by Zimbabwe Munatsa when his brother Duly appeared before Mbare magistrate, Reward Kwenda facing a charge of malicious damage to property after destroying his brother's vehicle windscreen.
Zimbabwe told the court that he was not happy that Duly had been granted bail pending trial, as he was in the habit of knocking on his door at night demanding to have sex with his (Zimbabwe) wife.
Zimbabwe said, in fact, Duly "was making his life a living hell".
"My younger brother is always threatening to assault me and my daughter. He also wakes me up at night saying he wants to have sexual intercourse with my wife.
"I can't stay with him anymore. He also takes dagga and Broncleer every day," Zimbabwe said.
The court heard that last Sunday, Duly deliberately hit the windscreen of a Toyota Land Cruiser belonging to his brother with his elbow and damaged it in the process.
However, Duly pleaded not guilty to the charge and was remanded out of custody to November 2 on free bail.
As part of his bail conditions, he was ordered not to visit Zimbabwe's Kambuzuma house, but to go and collect his belongings from the house while in the company of police officers.
