Man urinates next to female vendor's stall

A Waterfalls female vendor was severely assaulted and fondled by a city man after she had confronted him for urinating close to her stall.
Obert Maorera aged 30 was dragged to court facing indecent assault charges.
The victim, identified as Dandanyika told the court that she could not stomach the idea of Maorera urinating near her table and when she asked Maorera what he had been doing he turned violent.
For her troubles, Dandanyika was slapped and her breasts fondled before Maorera fled.
In defence, Maorera denied slapping her for no reason as he claimed to have found her engaging in sex with a man who lives across the road of her house yet she is married woman.
He denied foundling Dandanyika's breast.
Maorera was granted free bail by magistrate Reward Kwenda.
