Harare East residents have demonstrated against poor service delivery by the Harare City Council.
Harare Residents Trust indicated that Harare East residents held a demonstration against poor service delivery and prepaid water meters on Wednesday.
"Residents gathered at Mabvuku District Office where they presented their 'NO TO PREPAID WATER METERS' petition to the Deputy District Officer Ms Agnes Maura. Of importance to note was the presence of the elderly men and women from Mabvuku community," HRT said.
