Harare City council is expecting to get $343.9 million income in 2016 amid revelation many rate payers were likely to suppress the target as they are not paying the rates in time.
Harare Resident Trust said indications were that for 2016 the Harare City Council is expecting to get an income of US$343.9 million, expenditure of US$343.8 million and a surplus of US$0.1 million.
