Mujuru sacking haunts Mugabe

President Robert Mugabe is now haunted by the purging of Joice Mujuru and her supporters from Zanu-PF and government, Didymus Mutasa says.

He added that it had become apparent to Mugabe that Mujuru was not the source of Zanu-PF's problems, as the party's factional and succession wars had worsened after her purge last year.

Mutasa also said Mugabe was now under pressure to prove that he is still in charge of the party.
