Zimbabwe now dirtiest place in Africa - Coltart

Former Cabinet Minister David Coltart today told journalists that Zimbabwe is now the dirtiest place in Africa as there is rampant dumping in urban areas and massive land degradation in the country side.
Coltart was addressing the media during a one day climate change workshop in Bulawayo.
"Zimbabwe is now the dirtiest places on earth and it's not our in our culture. Botswana and Namibia are pretty smart than us.
"It's all to do with breakdown of rule of law and collapse of economy. There is rampant dumping in urban areas and even at police roadblocks there is too much waste," he said.
The former legislator claimed that told government offices are at the forefront in poaching but are reluctant to enact law to cub that.
He said millions are accrued by the big fish annually through poaching.
