Chiyangwa promises to reinvigorate Zanu

Businessman Philip Chiyangwa has hailed the Zanu-PF as people oriented and fighting for the emancipation of ordinary people.

Chiyangwa, who was recently re-admitted into the party, said the revolutionary party has always been consistent in its policies which are aimed at empowering the previously marginalised indigenous people.

Asked about his eight year sabbatical from politics, Chiyangwa said he had not deserted the revolutionary party as evidenced by his support of party programmes.

Chiyangwa promised to reinvigorate the party in his province and pledged to reverse the tide in urban centres where some seats have been lost to the MDC-T.

Chiyangwa was recently unanimously recalled into the Mashonaland West Province structures by the Zanu PF provincial leadership.
