ZPP observe 16 days of activism through collection of violence testimonies

The Zimbabwe Peace Project has indicated that as 5the world celebrate 16 days of activism, it joins in through collecting testimonies from victims of the 2008 election violence which left over 200MDC activists dead while thousands of them were displaced.
ZPP said one victim said Zanu PF violent activists set her kitchen on fire.
"They set my kitchen on fire... I had a tuckshop and they told people to come and get what they want from it because it was an MDC tuckshop...," ZPP quoted the victim as saying.
"ZPP is observing the16 Days of Activism Against Gender-based Violence through, among other things, sharing testimonies of 16 Women Survivors of 2008 Political Violence," said ZPP.
