Zanu PF repeated endorsement of Mugabe madness

Political commentator Ngqabutho Mabhena has said the repeated endorsement of President Robert Mugabe as president of both Zanu PF and government was total madness by party members who lacks future focus.

The remarks come in the wake of reports that provinces of Zanu PF across the country were engaged in endorsements of Mugabe as their 2018 presidential candidate ahead of the party's national conference slated for Victoria Falls in Matabeleland north next week.

"ZANU ( PF ) has lost it. How can you go to Congress (2014) , elect leadership (or elect yourself in the case of Mugabe ) and keep on endorsing your leader in every annual conference? Surely this is madness at its best, Zanu PF must fall," Mabhena said.
