Zimbabwe opposition political parties are set to sign a national electoral reform agenda today in Harare in effort to prepare for the 2018 elections and see to it that there will be free and fair.

Former Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation presenter Eric Knight revealed the developments through his Facebook wall.

"Children of Zimbabwe like I resolved earlier this week to come back to you with further information, the NERA (National Electoral Reform Agenda) signing ceremony is today, Wednesday 2 December in Zimbabwe, I can reveal," he said. "This historic signing brings together over 10 political parties who will affix their signatures to fight for immediate implementation of constitutional requirements by the current government and fight for all reforms."

He said among Parties who are part of this are MDC T, Zapu and many other newly formed Parties that you will know as they announce the developments and details of this coming together by themselves.

The political parties representatives previously met at the Ambassador Hotel in Harare where they came up with the resolutions on the electoral reforms agenda. They agreed to meet and append their signatures today (December 2)
