Speaking in Harare at the signing ceremony of the NERA pact, Bishop Ancelimo Magaya exhorted opposition leaders to speed up their mooted coalition plans.

NERA is a pact involving political parties in which they pledge to work together to demand critical electoral reforms in the country.

Magaya, who brokered the pact, hoped that the signing ceremony, was the beginning of big things to come for the country.

Morgan Tsvangirai was the only high profile politician present; other leading opposition figures sent low key representatives.
