Thieves cause havoc in Harare

Harare Residents Trust has expressed concerns over the alleged escalation of criminal activities with some culprits attacking residents and robbing them of their belongings.

The trust said there has been an increase in crime of late hence a need for law enforcement agents to alleviate the problem.

"Thieves are causing havoc in communities attacking residents and robbing them. The HRT urges the City fathers to provide tower lights and street lights in residential areas to reduce these criminal activities," said the trust.
